An opportunity to experience the wisdom of Ayurveda in a casual 1-1 session. Together, we will evaluate your entire life, your health and well-being, and all the actions, thoughts, and practices that you do that do not support your health. We'll create guidelines to help you bring balance to cultivate more vitality and vibrancy. And we'll discuss steps you can take to heal and align your health. This option is excellent for you if you are incredibly self-motivated to make changes. Sessions are via Zoom or in Person at our studio space.
Initial session: $222 (90 minutes)
Follow-up session: $111 (45 minutes)

Ayurveda is a holistic science based on nature that offers a structure for sustaining yoga's alignment through personalised routines, nourishing foods, and balanced living.
Do you love food but feel it doesn't love you back? Perhaps you're never hungry or interested in cooking and want to reignite that spark or lustre for food and eating.
Book an Ayurveda Cooking Session
An opportunity to get hands-on in a casual cooking session 1-1 with Tracey Murray. Together, we will cook, create, discuss, and share. This option is excellent for you if you have had an Ayurvedic Health Consultation or Lifestyle Program and are incredibly self-motivated to make changes. Learn to create delicious and simple food options for yourself and your family that are BALANCED and intentional for easy digestion. Make Ghee and a few dishes to create a balanced meal.
Cooking sessions: $222 (120 minutes)
Sessions are available Tuesday or Thursday mornings ONLY.
