MANDALA STUDIO ART PURCHASES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Once you have chosen your new artwork please contact the studio for your personalised options for delivery. This includes if you will collect your artwork from the studio.
- If delivery is required, artworks will have a unique delivery cost according to location, size and weight of your artwork piece.
- All shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Mandala Studio will obtain quotes for the most cost-effective delivery price. When the delivery quote is agreed upon, we will organise timely dispatch of your purchased artwork piece. Please note, the timing of delivery will depend on the timing of exhibitions and courier delivery dates.
- Mandala Studio organises shipping as an additional and helpful service and cannot be held responsible nor guarantee the services of third-party couriers or shippers. We take great care in packing and shipping artworks, but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to any artwork after leaving the studio’s custody.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- We regularly send artworks overseas.
- If you make a purchase from outside Australia, please contact us with your details and email address for a specific quote.
- All international taxes and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & DAMAGE
- All artwork piece purchases are non-refundable.
- Artworks must be unwrapped within 24-hours of receipt.
- In the case that there is any damage to the artwork upon receiving it, Mandala Studio must be notified within that 24 hour period and an adequate amount of dated pictures/evidence of the damage must be provided and explained. Mandala Studio will not take responsibility for damage noted after this time period.
