Hatha yoga classes include Asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation. The practice offers you energising postures and balancing breaths to enliven your body, shift energy and stabilise your mind. Hatha gives you the time and space to truly focus on being in the present moment. Experience slower movements and longer holds focused on posture alignment, strength and breath to create a sense of steadiness and harmony. Medium intensity. Wednesday 6:30am and Thursday 10am.
Yoga doesn't need to be fast or complicated to be effective. Our flow yoga classes are dynamic and at times challenging practices that connect Asanas (yoga postures) with the thread of the breath. Experience the poses with energetic balance in mind to mobilise energy and cultivate a sense of harmony. Classes build strength, bring balance, relieve tension, create mobility and allow for moments of connection. Medium to high intensity. Tuesday and Wednesday 5:30pm, Friday 6:30am
Gentle yoga is a soothing and serene practice to ease stress and calm your nervous system. Experience a series of balanced Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to help you feel grounded. Focus on your body and connect to your spirit as you stretch muscles to release tension and breathe to settle your mind. Classes conclude with a simple seated meditation. Low intensity. Thursday 6:45pm.
A nurturing practice, Slow Flow Yoga classes are focused on the yin-yang relationship so you can find balance and reset. Take moments to ease tension, cultivate balance, focus on your breath, increase circulation, build strength and mobilise your spine. Ideal for the days when you want to slow down a little, shift energy, ease tension and unwind. Medium intensity. Tuesday 10am.
Our authentic Yin classes actively work with connective tissue, stretch deep muscles and embrace yogic philosophy. This Chinese medicine based practice stimulates energy lines in the body to increase circulation and ease nervous tension as a meditative form of yoga. A settling yoga experience to help you unwind your mind and body. Low to medium intensity. Monday 6:45pm.
A beautifully passive and comfortable practice, Restorative Yoga classes invite a deep felt sense of rest, peace and inner calm. Experience supported floor based yoga postures and gentle breathing to help you relax and embrace your inner world. Be gently guided to ease into the practice so you can find serenity and generate nurturing energy through conscious rest. Low intensity. Sunday 4pm.
