Less dynamic than our flow yoga class, Slow Flow is ideal for the days when you want to slow down a little, shift energy, ease tension and unwind. Includes a range of postures focused on the yin-yang relationship so you can find balance and reset. Medium intensity.
A slow floor based practice that incorporates deep postures and longer holds. Yin works with your energy-lines in your fascia and connective tissue. During Yin, you'll stretch deep muscles and ease tension using yoga props for stability and support. Suitable for all levels of experience. Low intensity.
