Hatha yoga classes include Asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation. The practice offers you energising postures and balancing breaths to enliven your body, shift energy and stabilise your mind. Hatha gives you the time and space to truly focus on being in the present moment. Experience slower movements and longer holds focused on posture alignment, strength and breath to create a sense of steadiness and harmony. Medium intensity. Wednesday 6:30am and Thursday 10am.
Flow yoga is a dynamic vinyasa practice that connects Asanas (yoga postures) with the thread of the breath. Flow yoga classes don't need to be fast or complicated to be effective. Experience an active sequence of postures with balance in mind to uplift energy and cultivate a sense of harmony. Classes build strength, bring balance, relieve tension, create mobility and allow for moments of connection. Medium to high intensity. Wednesday 5:30pm and Friday 6:30am
A nurturing practice, Slow Flow Yoga classes are focused on the yin-yang relationship so you can find balance and reset. Take moments to ease tension, cultivate balance, focus on your breath, increase circulation, build strength and mobilise your spine. Ideal for the days when you want to slow down a little, shift energy, ease tension and unwind. Medium intensity. Tuesday 10am and Tuesday 5:30pm.
Gentle yoga is a soothing and serene practice to ease stress and calm your nervous system. Experience a series of balanced Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to help you feel grounded. Focus on your body and connect to your spirit as you stretch muscles to release tension and breathe to settle your mind. Classes conclude with a simple seated meditation. Low intensity. Thursday 6:45pm.
