A mandala is an area to establish a sacred space for ritual that is circular. Pronounced “MUN-dah-lah”, one can be formed as groups of people, the sun, or cleansing rituals. In modern adaptations, a mandala can be a configuration of colourful shapes in the pattern to form a ‘japa’ - a meditative yoga practice including rotations and repetition to clear the mind of negativity and distraction.

Michael Armstrong is a benevolent figurative artist, painter and art photographer passionate about the human form and humankind. Mandala Studio is his place of personal practice, where he teaches others and where he exhibits his art.
Tracey's teaching is focused on routine movement, energetics, our connection to nature and quality nourishment to help us cultivate true health. With Tracey, experience mindful breaths, time spent in yoga postures, pauses, uncomplicated yoga sequences and powerful moments of self reflection.
Tracey teaches us that you can't separate Yoga and Ayurveda. They are a holistic science based on nature that work together using the principles of prevention, recovery and longevity. Ayurveda is focused on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual constitution to enable health and wellness. Yoga is our tool for liberation and self realisation. Practiced together, they support self awareness, bring balance, clear the mind and nurture a relationship with ourselves. Tracey offers workshops at Mandala Studio as well as classes. Her Personal Lifestyle Program is a valuable offering that is changing and enriching lives.
